 No, utilities are not included in the lease for our office and commercial spaces. We have structured our lease agreements to allow tenants the flexibility of managing their utility expenses according to their specific business needs. This approach grants tenants greater control over their utility usage and costs. Each space has separate utility meters, such as Meralco for electricity, enabling tenants to directly contract with utility service providers and pay for their usage directly. This setup ensures transparency and allows tenants to customize their utility services based on their unique requirements. However, for water usage, tenants are provided with a sub-meter.
