The Royal Prestige Mansion I was originally intended to be a private, family-used townhouse, but due to the growing inquiries of interested individuals, the owner decided to sell the property instead. Thus, this is what piqued the interest of the owner to enter the scene of the real estate business, formally introducing its company brand in 2018.
